Pricing Policy
All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) (products are free of GST) as of 1 July 09. Product prices are regularly updated when price changes are received from our suppliers. If you find a cheaper advertised price somewhere else, email or phone us with the details of the supplier together with prices of the product required and we will endeavour to provide you with a more competitive price.
Refund Policy
Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.
It is important to note that specific refund conditions apply to product returns.
Pureblends will accept product returns only where:
· The product is faulty or the product is not fit for the purpose goods of that kind are commonly bought.
· The product does not match the sample or description
· The product is damaged in transit.
· The product is returned to Pureblends within 14 days of receipt.
Pureblends will offer the customer a complete refund or alternative goods if goods ordered are unavailable for despatch within 10 days of completed order.
Please note Pureblends is unable to exchange or refund our products for other reasons than stated above.

* Within Australia and New Zealand we charge a flat rate of AUD $10.00 for every order. New Zealand orders will be despatched from our Auckland distribution centre.
Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 3-7 business days depending on your location within Australia.
Customer Service Policy
Pureblends is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery time frames are between 2-7 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will endeavour to notify you within 4 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

We do not pass on/sell/swap any of your personal details with anyone. We use this information to identify your orders, provide you with our newsletter and to personalise your shopping experience with us; that's all.
