Ingredients: Makes 20 pieces
3 tblspn Pureblends Sweet Spice* 250g self-raising flour
230g caster sugar
1 tspn baking powder
2 eggs at room temperature
250 ml milk

Icing Ingredients:
1 cup of icing sugar, sifted (buy icing sugar to set hard)
1 tblspn milk, 1 tspn softened butter, 2-3 drops Vanilla Essence
