Dukkah - 60 gms The original Dukkah blend - A crunchy (nut free) blend of sunflower, pumpkin and sesame seeds with spices such as cumin, coriander and fennel with some chilli for a tasty bite. We think this is the best Dukkah on the market. Made from seeds, spices and a lot of love! Dukkah originates in Egypt and is used in many dishes there but is best served in a bowl alongside a bowl of Extra Virgin Olive Oil, a bowl of good balsamic vinegar and some chunky pieces of white bread - dip the bread between the three bowls for an exotic appetizer. Another way to use this tasty blend is to mix it with some olive oil and coat strips of chicken or fish with it before frying. Dukkah also makes a delicious crust for roast lamb, chicken or fish, or simply sprinkle it dry on top of your salads or curries.
